to remind them as well as all Assemblies of the underlying principles that must
govern the offering and administration of these funds, we have made a
compilation of extracts from the Guardian's letters on this subject which we
are now sharing with you.
You may use these extracts in any manner you deem advisable,
at conferences, in summer schools, in deepening classes, and in your
newsletters and circular letters.
