Dear Bahá’í Friends,
The untimely passing of Mr. Roddy Lutchmaya on 25 September
1989 left a vacancy on the Continental Board of Counselors in Africa. By the
appointment of Mr. Gilbert Robert of Réunion to membership of that Board we
have now filled this vacancy.
